Talon treated to 24 inch barrel today

Hi guys and girls,

I have just changed my 12 inch 22 calibre barrel in my talon for a 24 inch 22 calibre barrel. I’ve had it on the chrony and on the range and early results look good. I’m very pleased with the fps. It is also now more accurate but with one in five pellets tending to go astray. Perhaps that is the higher fps I’m running now at about 950? Or perhaps something else.. But overall I’m delighted. You can’t call it a TalonDor yet but possibly a baby one. With photo update showing 24 inch barrel taken today. It is a bit louder now though, which is odd as I was told the longer barrels made them quieter?
