Talon Tunes Condor
I got my Condor back from Tony recently. Anyone who is contemplating sending your gun to Tony….DO IT. I can’t thank you enough Tony. I have some strings to post, but let me just say Tony has this beauty shooting hard and EFFICIENT (sp?) I got a T.T. shroud as a gift (Thank you Richard) from a friend that I turned onto A.F. guns and the TAG. Like others have said, you have to shoot it over your chrony or remove the shroud to make sure your getting the power your supposed to be getting because it’s so quiet. Hunting with this thing is a whole different experience. Where there are multiple targets you can zap them for hours and they have no clue what’s going on. My trigger is great. My safety, which had gotten so bad I adoped a funky way to release it just to get away from its stiffness is now finger forward click smooth. I’m sure I’m forgetting something, so if anyone has any questions please ask me and I will do my best.

It’s worth the wait it’s worth the wait, however long it takes.
I alrady had a condor that I sent to him. He had mine around 12 week’s. When I sent it to him I told him I was in no hurry for it. I just wanted his work and I didn’t care if it took a year. I had plenty of other guns to shoot during that time. He done the complete job on mine, not just a tune.
Does he just tune AF rifles or does he do other stuff??
I know I could ask him personally, but he’s busy, and I’m just tire-kicking right now.
He told me 3-4 weeks for .25 barrel.
and 8-10 weeks for tune.
TerryinTN, when did you order your AF? I ordered mine on Feb 26 and I am still waiting. Tony did say that he was 8-10 weeks out, but the supense is killing me. Maybe I’m next.

O.G., the main thing I would like to convey to you is the efficiency and power COMBINED that makes what he does so special. My strings are so much more consistent now. If you have that one in a million A.F. rifle, Tony can’t help you, for the other 999,999, send it in. You will be happy.
SS what all did Tony do, how long did it take him to do it and, if you don’t mind me asking, what did it cost? I am thinking about sending my Condor out to him.
And now for something completely different. I have been enjoying your avatar for some time. Made it to Indy for the MotoGP last Sept. Nicky Hayden (my favorite rider along with Casey Stoner) was doing some wicked tire smoking drifts during practice. Hayden and Stoner are both on Ducati this year. Hope they both have a good year.

Yeah Tony, Richard’s in love all over again. His words were, “Man just when you think, this is as bad ass as pellet guns get, Tony goes and takes it to a whole nother level!”. I couldn’t agree more. Tony kiss your wife and have her pat you on the back for both of us.
