TalonP vs Condor for .30 cal barrel swap

The TalonP is a great value at $431 vs the Condor at $670 and Escape at $627 and it seems it will develop the same enormous muzzle energy given an equal barrel length. I am interested in building a .30cal with a TJ’s barrel and an arrow shooter so not having the more expensive barrel to try to sell is actually a bonus. I also like the smaller diameter tank of the TalonP which gives a more ergonomic cheek weld and lower scope height. It would be cheap and easy to hang a 48ci Ninja Paintball tank regulated at 2,500 psi under the stock tank. Ninja lists these for custom order including the Custom X regulator at $110.

Are there any differences inside the TalonP with the hammer, spring, or slide that would make it a lesser starting point for this project? Is it identical to the Escape minus the butt extension and long barrel? Too bad the 22 ci paintball tanks fell out of production everywhere. These would have been the perfect length and held more air for the same price.
