Tank Tools
Looking for a link to two tools:
1. Face Spanner Wrench for Brass Bottle insert
2. Spanner wrench for removing entire valve from tank
I have done both of these with improvised tools, but I would sure love to have true fitting tools to make this job clean and not mar any surfaces.

5/16″ Drill Rod. I could work on the “bend” a bit and make it hold against the throat of the valve. I may do this and will post updated Photos, but it seems to work very well to remove the valve without damage from a Pipe Wrench.

Heated it, bent it to look like a typical Spanner Wrench.
Works great for removing the main tank valve assembly.
Now to make a Face Spanner for the Brass portion.
whats “this”? could you perhaps illustrate?

That valve removal tool looks very easy to make in my lathe. Pin Wrench is a bit more difficult though.
