Tarjac camo dipping

I am real anal when it comes to refinishing of firearms or anything I have to warranty for the life of the gun these are the steps I take, this cerakote is harder than the hubs of HELL.

Step (1) I disassemble and clean all parts and inspect for damage or worn parts.

Step (2) I degrease all parts that are going to get refinished.

Step (3) I bead blast the surface clean.

Step (4) I degrease the parts to make sure there isn’t any residue left.

Step (5) I magnesium phosphate AKA parkerize all metal parts for best base for refinishing.

Step (6) I put the first coat on the parts, know if I am going to transfer dip it step (7) would be dipping then rinse dry then clear coat.

Step (7) I put on a ceramic clear coat for the best possible wear.

I bought my setup from the same company that setup Tarjac in NY it is absolutely amassing way to do camouflaging, compared to the original way I use to do it with stencils.

I think I’ll do some type of contest and give away a free camouflaging to a forum member, and I won’t care if you have 1 post or a 1000 no restrictions except you have to be in the US.
