TD257 Tank and Valve "BLACKENED"
My tank is finally finished. Doug sent some parts in to be “BLACKENED” and called me the other day to tell me my valve assembly was done. The valve looks AWESOME and another “BIG THANKS to DOUG” I love all the black on black.
I then went and finished BEDLINING my 53 ci Tank as the 1st coat was just to get the gun up and running for testing while i awaited getting my valve blackened. The entired bottle and valve are completed.
I love Truck Bed Liner. Its some damn good stuff and has its uses on guns. Its super durable and very hard to CHIP off especially if you prepare the item you are painting before hand.

My TD257 is a most amazing gun. Thanks to Doug and Adam for doing such great work and making awesome parts!
Now, what do i do with my barrel??????????………………………… 😆
STAY TUNED!

Knife,
My TJ barrel liner is .562″ OD. SO yeah, .455 is pretty thin especially once you subtract the bore diameter of .257.
I believe Dougs and Joes and Mine are all pretty much within a .001 or so of each others OD’s. I know me and Doug and Joe’s barrels all SLUGGED pretty much the same which is amazing.
Joe,
I’ve never had that happen with Bedliner but i have with some cheap ass cans of sprays. So yeah, who knows bro, those can you bought could have been sitting on the shelves for years or those nozzles were FUNKED up from the manufacturer or something. But in the 4 cans i’ve bought, they have all been wonderful
