Ted in Madison on the podium of the Extreme Benchrest 2011
My question is, where are all those guys on the competition ? Do they use this forum, do they use other forums or are they to busy to post on forums?
I’m interested in the guns they shoot, the scopes that they have, the tweaks they made and the wisdom gathered so far that made them that good.
Ted, do you feel that if you would have used the Airwolf, including on the 25m, you would of won the competition? How about if you would of used the Matador?

Nice shooting Mark,hearing from other shooters would be good.
I also would have loved to see Ted shoot his Edgun,don`t think
many have better doping skill on those long shots.He wasn`t
shooting of a solid bench.think it would have been interesting if he
came prepared.Lot of great shooters,wish I`d been there

I tanked on the 25 meter bench shoot… My nerves got the best of me. But I got my act together for the LONG Range Event. I managed to Place Second next to L.D. by ONE “X”….. Ted was third with 140..
I will be happy to put together a post on what I learned and the few tips and Tricks I used….at least it help on the long range event….
I used a Air Wolf MCT with Hugget Shroud shooting Sorted and Rolled 15.9 JSB’s….the scope was a Hawke tactical 6.5 x 20 with 20 x mildot. I changed to a set of low profile “Talley Rings” and used a single shot tray..

I love my air ranger and have had my eye on mtc .25 for a while!

Where did you get the rings you are using. I mainly use the single shot tray. I am using the same as Kip now.

Even Ted made the point on YF that the Daystates did very well when accuracy and distance really counts. I think Ted reall likes that Air Wolf.
