tennessee members, where to bottle fill?

Visit a store and chat with the owner. That’s how I’ve worked up a good relationship and managed to get some freebies along the way.

My local dive shop sold me a sticker for my tank that says “not for scuba diving, no license required”. This was the easiest way, they said, to avoid the fill restriction imposed by some shops.
