Q:

TERYX LIVES

1st post here- Just found you guys VIA customer referral-
I took over production and design from Rob T. and give all credit for the very cool INVENTION to ‘Dave S.’ – that’s all I can say- he is a genius – one day Hope to meet and talk with him in person-
Personally I am not a machinist- just a business owner that wanted a stock very badly and I knew there might be a few shooters out there that would want one too…

Caboose – thanks for you help and support – YES #1 new frame went to you and #2 went to Travis in Wa.- a few more have gone out since them I will contact all to send you out the New “Beta Tester” TERYX t-shirts….and a couplf of you will get alloy trigger guards-

a. The Gen1 stock is out now- OD green and basic BLACK- frame alone or built these stocks are ready for you to drop in the Mrod Action and go shoot-

b. The Gen2 stock is in the CAD drawing right now- JUST looked at it last night- had to make a couple changes but it looks GOOOD –

c .Disco Double tube- YES….double tube TERYX??? UUUMMMMMM tastes goooooodddd. double tube Mrod- GEN2….?? yeah-OH
d. the same stock that will take the disco will be set up to take the Challenger. IF – big if- YOU can’t stand the gauge hole…well I can say- sorry- MINE will have a cork plug with Logo

NOW- I know this should go into another spot or post but

e. .Hatsan Teryx stock any one?? I have a at44 10 QE .177 coming in today so I will be adding the to the Cad drawing list….

f. SPRINGER TERYX?? rws 54-or 48–in an alloy frame?? yes it looks and sounds good to me-

I will have Ergo grips for the frames- I hope to make a deal with Hogue to get the rubber grips from them and also the rubber over molded Butt stock they have- I like the rubber and they do green- black– tan- and even Pink- for the girl shooter (I have girls at home) that must have the ultimate alloy frame in PINK ano.

I am working with SAGE to get Kydex rail cover done up – those should be ready very soon- the ones they do now are so close now it is scary-
Liquid Gun works will be dipping a couple frames to see how it looks – how it holds up- how folks take to the DESERT DIGITAL- every one like the Multi Cam pattern–

These stocks can be had complete or minus the grips stock set up-with folding mech or with out- Basic Black or Field ready green-
Universal adapter- to adjust up down- cant left or right- yes very cool- RArms Innovations set me up with those and I turn Dave also is a dealer for the TERYX line and has some great parts and pieces to make you air gun more personal to you.

thanks to all that have supported me thought the last 3-4 months of getting the stocks back into the hands of shooters.

Sir-

WOW, thanks for kind words and support, I only hope I can live up to your standards and expectations. Not sure how you came to that conclusion but that is very nice of you to say. I’v really not done much or been around very long to have affected the Air gun Sport yet. Maybe that will change soon.

I’ve only been around a couple months on forums while taking over the Stock co. almost two months ago. Aug late.-2014- after chasing the stock and owner for 9+ months.

I’m not sure how helpful I’v been so far and my knowledge is quite limited when it comes to the air guns. BUT I know a good stock when I see it and the TERXY Alloy stocks have so much untapped potential in them that it pained me to know they where languishing some where in a shop 90% done and shooters where lined up to buy them .

NOW, I found TAG and so far it seems open, friendly, straight forward, PLAIN spoken no BULL group of shooters, I like that.

Thanks for having me, thanks for your support, please don’t be afraid to send in your requests as to what rifle YOU want to see in an alloy frame- IT”S not about me, I got my stock, I’m good-

NOW I have a responsibility to the greater shooting community at large.

ALan

thanks for joining us ,,, :8: :8: :8:

Sir
after the gen2’s are done I will post picture for sure

BUT keep in mind if you have seen the gen1 then you saw the gen2- there will be almost no change at all to the out side look of the stock at this time.

the gauge hole will stay in the same spot.
the action mount hole will move back about 1/8 ” of an inch…don’t quote me on the exact number.

the trigger guard is the issue right now BUT it looks like the new stock will have it’s own alloy guard – the plastic one from gen2 will not work . PERIOD. maybe- have to confirm but so far not in the plans.

the grip will still slide back and forth BUT will have less total movement-
the location of the trigger well slot will move back some – due to the fact the trigger group is shifted further to the rear on the tube-
unless you have both stocks next to each other you will not be able to see the difference between the two –

FYI plastic ROUND GEN1 trigger guards can not be purchased as stand alone item- one must buy the stock- I HOPE the guy helping me today at Crosman will hook me up- and pull a couple from the warranty group. I have two- one for each gun- now I need two more to have scanned- molded- duplicated etc- so far the quotes have been real crazy high- but I have to order in volume or not at all-
will see about have a gang mold made so we can pour them en-mass and then temper- & machine- anodize .

Goal- make one guard that will get used on all the frames from this point forward- and , or sell the alloy guards separate.
yes – gen2 guards are at the shop being quoted- but only incase they work on the new frame-

I just stuck my disco in the alloy frame to take some pictures for some one that wanted to see how it will turn out- turned out it looks like the gen1 stock with a DISCO instead of the Mrod-

bootle kits? yes and now- same frame cut off just after the gauge hole- will work- I have two serious request for those to be used with JDS kits – one guy drove to my home to check it out and give me spec on where, how long, how short it will all have to be. Also looking at the double tube kits very hard- I like that for a Disco or Challenger and if that is possible then why not??

Mike- hit me with any question you have or if you want more intel- or pictures- requests >>>

Alan
I sure would like to see some pictures of the Marauder II stock and what you have to offer,
Have you seen the bottle kits for the Marauder, Do you think your stock can make a bottle kit fit???
Thanks

😎 YEAH- I am a bit slow some times-

plus I kinda got the boot (not officially- but…..) for selling some where with out being a VENDOR or paying for the vendor thing….banner at some other spot- NOT big deal ??

.I have to learn the hard way – I guess??-

I am willing to “work” with any one that is willing to work too–give and take-

SOOOO did you get your frame back?? I want to see how it turned out- Mine should be back next week- DESERT Digital should look cool –
