I filled my gun using a scuba tank filled at about 3300psi. I should go alot lower due to my chrony saying 1104 fps for a Crossman Premier in the screw can (14.8 gr). This was a .22 cal hollow point. I continued to shoot the gun down, and the accuracy got better. The range at which I was happy with the THUMP at 65 yards was about 900fps.
I have the whole 12″ barrel inside the frame work of the gun and the noise level is fairly low. As the pressure dropped, it seemed to get better. BUT that just might be my mindset that less fps is less noise

If I remember correctly it is in the 860 range
