Q:

Texan

Hello,

I am from the Netherlands and shooting the Texan
and I have problems with shooting nice groups at 109 yards (100meters)
The groups are 10 inch and more.
The setting is, pellets 194 grains at 1450 psi (100bar) I am shooting
with a external regulator.

What is the best setting at 109 yards?

Texan

MY stock Texan likes 2900 psi /199.9 BAR and 325 grain pellets (sorted by weight). I can shoot 1.5 inch groups from a rest at 100 yards. I am in the process of modifying the rifle and with luck, should improve my groupings.

Thanks, now testing maxi-balls 256 grains between 1500-1600 psi at 109 yards.
Shooting with 3000 psi is the speed of the maxi-balls around 830 f/s and
between 1500-1600 psi is speed 900 f/s gives a better result at 109 yards

Try filling your texan to 3000 psi and use 230 or 300 grain .457 bullets.
