i am already have contacts with both Azeez and SQ just through emails, i tried to solve the problem and be in between them, and i don’t think they are listening to me… i feel sorry for that…. either one of them should go for peace and forgive the other… isn’t it?

Hi everyone.. just new to the forum I’m based in Kuwait but I’m from the Philippines.. this is my first post and will just share some of what I knew and not to take any side..

I’ve met this guy and Azeez couple of times unlike Azeez he is not so good in his English skill but really loves airguns and know how to work on it. I guess this is all about customer support and exclusive dealership.. he’s showing that he did not only order the guns but also the important parts that goes with it as well that might be needed if there will be any problem with it..

I have both Edgun and cricket, as of now while here I knew I can get parts from him if I have any trouble with my cricket but for matador I’m not sure yet…will just enjoy shooting now and think later on 😆 😆

(this is just our argument, and don’t add my personal words i translate his complain only) I personally have plenty of PMs with this guy (Sniperqty), we have discussed the problem, his all and only problem is, he has a broken bolt on one of his matadors, and he informed the Kuwait dealer to provide the parts and he didn’t help him, he said that the Kuwait dealer is careless, now he is asking for the part (bolt), this is all, otherwise his Edgun shots just (if no better) like his Crickets,

however our brother Nasser translated his complain to all but i come back again and wanted to help both …

then i come in between and took his problem to Eduard, have sent emails to Ed, and i have explained his complain to Eduard, and told him that this guy is waiting for the bolt assembly, and Eduard said the bolt and parts are already have been sent to the Kuwait dealer, he can collect it from the Kuwait dealer(his names Azeez) and Eduard said i offered Azeez to take the gun back from him and return the money to sniperqty.

and i told Eduard and SQ that i will contact Azeez to get this problem solved, hopefuly…

So, guys,,,, i very frankly told SQ that you don’t have right from now on to complain from Eduard, Guys, is there any manufacturer in this world to do all of these favors to his customers? who offered money back to the buyers after a years of using the gun ❓ ❓ ❓ ❓ ❓ ❓ ❓ ❓ ❓ ❓ ❓ ❓ ❓ ❓ ❓ ❓ ❓ ❓ ❓ ❓ ❓ ❓ ❓ ❓ ❓ ❓ ❓ ❓
