Just another example of the oppressive ‘laws’ we have to live under in this nazi toilet of a country.
It’s not ‘law’, it’s criminal tyranny. An adult male, nine months of his life stolen for hurting nobody and commiting no other ‘offence’ than the simple act of possessing an air-rifle. You couldn’t make it up.
The judge and prosecution should be dragged into the street and flogged for the nazi scum they are.
I bet they can’t find that guy form the fleamarket that sold him the gun 😕 It sound more like a backstreet dealer to me 🙄
Moral of the story:
Don’t beat your wife and give the po-lice a reason to come search your home. ‘Specially if you unknowingly bought a FAC gun in the UK.
Questions to you across the pond:
1. Shouldn’t he have had to have shown his FAC for the purchase?
2. Could the dealer that sold it to him get his bits in a bind for selling this bit of kit to him (or is Donnington Market a bazaar/flee market type deal)?
It will be when more and more shooters push the limits of shooting and pesting in town with animal loving neighbors, sneaking around with our black rifles all silenced up thinking we will never get caught……
Stupid people shooting in town/city with silenced airguns is begging for trouble.
With the amount of FAC info and awareness of the UKs bogus gun regulations there is no way this guy is ignorant of what he was buying. but that said give me a break…… 9 months????? almost as stupid as the US putting away border agents for who knows how long on the word of an illegal drug runner.

that just aint correct. that could happen in the good ole usa. join a club join the nra but join . have to keep the nos. in shooting sports going. my god could you imagine a sat. morning and not being able to go hunting or target shooting? what a nightmare rod serling look out. are you guys old enough to remember the twilight zone? kingpin
