The little guy is ready to go
Talon frame. 12″ .177 barrel (have a .22 12″ barrel also), SS endcap. Needs a little help in the sound dept so it will have to get a little longer but this feels perfect so far. More than enough power for my indoor offhand shooting at 10m and 20y and will also see plenty of ‘walk around’ time on the family property. (Soon to be Dad’s 10 acre backyard).
The well worn SS needs a new trigger group, but will get either the 18″ .177 barrel the came with the Talon or a shortened version of the 24″ .22 barrel I just picked up. It will be my bench gun on the backyard range on CO2 or air, or at dad’s on air.
Both will share time with the EDgun back at Dad’s. I just don’t think the EDgun will see much real use at home. I would need much stronger targets and backstops on my little 35y range. 8) 😆
Now to figure out the right combo of front end accessories.

Shrinkage can be overcome with a little help 8)
The Co2 Talon will be fine for my intended use even in the cold. Basement and from basement to backyard, and walk around plinking. Power was not the motivation, consistent performance and HIGH shot count was the key for this one. Gotta love 800+ shots from a 20oz C02 tank.
