Thinking of a 177 synthetic
Just noticed the Marauder section…. got to open my eyes! So, my first PCP was an early .177 Marauder, and once I got it tuned, depinged, etc. it was one sweet shooting, and very quiet, gun. I sold it to get a .22 FX Royale, which shot great but was loud as hell. Had to add a 7″ suppressor to make it close to the noise of my Marauder that I sold. Bought the Royale to have a shorter gun and ended up with a longer… one that cost 3 times as much:) It was a beautiful and accurate gun though. So now I have (besides springers) a .22 Cricket with a Neil Clague shroud, which is accurate and quiet, but want a quiet 177. Seems like the new factory depinged Marauder might be the ticket. The baffles in the marauder have been improved too… I think. Anyone shooting the new Synthetic Marauder in 177?
Thanks,
DWM
