Fancy carbon fiber tube..with a few inches of empty chamber, then a hybrid of tube/baffle design.
There are holes between all the baffles, every baffle, 4 holes around the main tube. Aluminum.

are there baffels inside the small tube to force air into the outer baffels ?

I made similar inserts to test, for the talon ss and they did not work very well at all. I do not believe that design would be very effective.
