Q:

TKO muzzle break for Airforce Talon .22

Just ordered a TKO for my .22 Talon. I heard they work good on the other airguns and figured it would work on mine. Anyone have any pics of one on an Airforce gun? My Talon is CO2 powered so it should work well.

Thanks,

JC

Nice. Pics????

Just wanted to give everyone an update on the TKO brake for the Airforce Talon. The break design for the Talon looks to be similar to the one designed for the Bejamin Discovery (see TKO’s web-site for pics). The brake I got is about 7.5 inches in length and looks like it is made out of carbon fiber or something similar. The brake does have baffles built into it. The brake just simply slips over the end of the gun’s muzzle and it attacked by two screws. Seems like a secure fit when everything was installed. The brake works well and I really only hear the hammer hitting the top hat for most of the noise. I shoot my Talon on CO2 so my assumption is the brake works real good due to the lower velocity of the pellet. The brake also seems to help catch most of the CO2 gas.

I will reshoot the gun for accuracy to see if their is any change. I think this break is a good deal at $78 shipped to my door. Also, Mike T. was a pleasure to work with.

Thanks,

JC
