Yes it is huge, and I have been dreaming f that post on the Yellow where Johnny Sweden shortened his Ryale 500, he put a 400 tank on it and cut the barrel to around 16 inches I believe and put a shorter can on it.
About the picture, I realy do love these Royales inspite of my humor, they are so far above a Condor or Talon, in just about every catagory except price.
Now about the size of the bathroom, it is my favortie shitter, this is a three story house and it has 4.5 baths. I find I am closer to this shitter than the other 4 in the house most of the day.
I have a really nice bathroom downstairs that has the steam shower/sauna in it, but the novelty has worn off and I don’t use it that much anymore.
I guess that means a smaller house would do, but it is what I am stuck with at this point in my life.

That shroud is 15 7/8 inches long and has no baffles in either model. The shroud and barrel diameter are the same on both models.
Both guns, the 400 and the 500 use the same stock.
The 400 bottle will go on the 500 but the 500 bottle will not clear the 400’s shroud. The bottle on the 500 extends 11.5 inches out from the stock and the 400 extends out 8.5 inches.
It appears the receivers are the same, I have not measured the bolt diameter. My serial numbers are only 300 a part and iun the 5xxx range.
The 22 magazine I have is .576 thick and the 25 magazine is .583, if I lay the 22 magazine on the 25, the profiles are the same.
The 500 is quieter than the 400.
The 400 is a light and quick handling, the 500’s size cancels that virtue out.
It is however moderately powerful, I have got it to 55 FPE and and seems very accurate and quiet. Until the rains stop, I will hold out judgement on whether that acuracy is consistant. Comparing it against my Condor 25 yesterday under the same very poor conditons, and both rifles set for the same power, the Royale 500 was noticably more accurate.

Nice! Congrats on the new rifle ! Startling how quiet they are, eh? All I hear are the mechanical movements and thwack of the pellets. Hell, the magazine makes more noise than the muzzle.
Most unusual shooting bench I’ve seen in awhile.
Since that’s not TP, I’m guessing that’s a roll of gun cleaning patch material on the wall. Or is it some high-tech bag? It’s got the slip-proof hole in the middle.

Exactly how long is that modifier?
That’s the longest sucker I’ve ever seen on a rifle. It looks to be 14″ to 16″ long…small wonder it is a very quiet rifle.
I would think a bipod would come standard on that big a gun.

PS: When I lived in Texas, the city folk would take the bark off their sticks before use. Made it easier to have them dry cleaned. Right before I moved to Arkansas they were just coming out with Chinese “throw-aways”….then they found out they were contaminated with heavy metal residue. Few folks realize that’s where the expression “Get the lead out of your ass!” originated. 🙄

I am an old cowboy, mostly likely why I have a saddle in my livingroom, anyway cowboys don’t wipe.
We use sticks, not to wipe with, but to spread it around to dry faster.
