Top Hat Question

I just measured my top hat setting and it is set at .0600. How I determined that was by using a spark plug gauge set and a digital caliper to measure the height of all the blades I was able to fit in the gap. I am currently shooting Jerry’s six rings at 800fps with the power wheel set to 11.95. My question is, if I raise the top hat will it increase the velocity? I am getting about 88FPE at those settings, but I want it over 100. My barrel length is 21″. I know that I can answer my own question by playing around with the top hat and power wheel settings, but before I do, I want to know if it’s possible to succeed. The gun was set at those settings by someone else, and that person told me it was set for maximum power. I’m asking because I don’t want to needlessly spend a lot of time messing with the settings if at .0600 it is truly maxed out.

do keep in mind that most 90-100 fpe builds have a full length barrel, if you push too much, your shot count is very likely to suffer.
