Tri tail arrived, .25 stealth almost finished
Huge thanks to Pablouk for the tri rail, this will make the frame MUCH stronger and makes it look a lot more rebust and appealing.
Also, someone wanted to see what tank I was using so here are some pics of how it will look when finished. The 48CI tank will be angled for a good cheek weld and view through the scope



Oh and Pab, the valve stem was MUCH smaller than I expected, those walls are so thin it boggles the mind, I swear I could just crush it with my fingers.

Cheers Pab, yep day 3 of the week and I’m sitting in the mechanical engineering department 🙂
I’ve been on a few of the boats and seen a load of the engines etc, they even used to use a diesel 2 stroke at one time 🙂
I know I should be lathing but seeing how small that stem is, I will easily be able to knock out quite a few in a few hours. Not sure how I am going to hold the stem for drilling the ports because it is so stubby, another engineering challenge I’m going to have to solve.
