That is almost funny. Tillerson/Exxon is siphoning the huge gas and oil reserves out of Russia (among many other foreign places). It is amazing how clueless voters are to what Pruitt and Tillerson represent in a Trump cabinet. Trump is targeting the planets fossil fuel supply.
