TSS Power upgrade
Been thinking of this question to myself when I do my upgrade. Then an awesome thought! Ask the KICK BUTT forum! You people!
“Q” – I’ve a TSS with the 18″ barrel. Right now I refill my tank afer shooting 7-8 founds on pwr. dial # 11.5, @ 3000 psi. It takes be down to about2850 psi on the gun tank (I think). When I upgrade to a heavy Condor hammer and high flow valve tank, what am I looking at in not only shots per fill on what pwr. setting (around 10 pwer?); And what kind of performance should I expect?
P.S. Please NO guessers. I could do that and would like some known numbers in response please.
By the way, I’m thinkN it’ll be a hella loud Air Rifle? Next an ass kickN sound quieting system? Not so much for niebors, but, I like quiet POWER [u]alot[/u] more.

With heavy pellet and good high flow probably in excess of 50fpe.
Most of my shooting is at 20-25 yards. I shoot low power as I’m just target shooting. Yesterday – over 125 shots on pw setting of 2.5 without significant poi change. However that was with light pellets. I fired off a couple of heavier Kodiaks toward the end and they hit the target below the one I was aiming at 😳
On my stock TSS at power 6 I can shoot 50-60 shots before it starts to slightly drop at 30 yards.
by that time the pressure in the tank is around 2000psi from 2800psi fill.
your refilling after just 8 shoots from 3,000 with a stock talon?
that just dosn’t seem necessary to me, I would think your barley if at all getting into the bell curve. before buying some upgraded parts I would shoot that thing ‘tll you get a noticeable poi drop, should be around 40 or so shots. you might just find out you are not letting that thing breath.

Just saw that Pyramid High Flo valve Tank does up to 15 shots at full power; 30 – 40 shots at low power settings.
That’s kinda comforting to see tight numbers (low count most power).
