TT 6" or 9" shroud for condor SS
Shopping for the best shroud to quiet down a .22 condor ss as much as possible…
Any feedback on the 6″ and 9″ TT shrouds? I am leaning towards the 9″

I went with the 9″TT shroud and I am very pleased…. but wound up with talon ss not condor ss. Installed with home-made sound dampening springs/ washers/ scotchbrite in ss chamber and is even more effective
Put a compeditors schroud on my 24″ Condor. Reduced noise down to just a ping. However the quality of the shroud and the machineing was lacking. Breech end of the schroud was scratched and had a small ding in it. Had to hog out with a drill bit the breech end of the barrel to schroud ring as the holes did not line up for the grub screws. Very quiet and effecent just not top quality but only 118.00……….Gary.
the longer the shroud the better , as far as noise is concerned, but after a point it gets better way less

I’m happy with the 6″. Very quiet on my new TT Condor SS.
