TT barrel bushings too tight ….
Got a 25 TT barrel with the vented O ring bushes but the bushings are too tight a fit for the frame . What should I do to fix this issue .

Try loosening the barrel set screw. If it is too tight you can actually bow the bushing out of round.

TOO tight as in won’t fit in at all ??? Give tony and ask him what to do… U do know that AF frame specs are all over the place. Im betting tony makes them on the larger size that way they are a nice fit on all guns with a little work. Instead of having to make the full part every time he can just tailor them to the individual gun. but i can’t imagine yours to be too far off. Maybe a little 250 grit emery cloth will do the trick.
If you know how many thousands big the bushings are, you could just send the bushings back for new ones.
