Tube size.
Can somebody tell me the size both O.D. and I.D. of the aluminum tubing that you use to make a frame extender for the Condor. Thanks.

lol, George, you are not alone at that one 🙂 been there done that and expect to repeat teeheehee…..
It’s all good, a great bunch of fellas here for sure.
Walter….
Walter I guess that guy is laughing now because he sure made me look like an ass. Guess I should have known better. Sometimes to smart to late. George.
Whoever sent that PM is clueless.
x2 and whoever believed it is……
George, your statements were pure bullshit so glad to hear you will think before slamming anyone here.

What does having the 2nd amendment have to do with us being too busy to
cater to your every need. Born with a silver spoon were we?
Looking back I can see now that it was the wrong thing to say. If I upset anyone then I apologize. After I asked about a you know what I was pm’d that nobody will make me one because everyone is to scared. When I asked for tubing size I decided to make my own. Your right the comment was dumb on my part. No excuse. BTW Walter if a black helicopter is what I think it is then I’ll never mention the word again.
Whos cranky, never heard that one before??? 😆

Maybe no one answered you originally because they sensed a little bit of douchebaggery…. or because we were amazed at the absurdity of the question….
Walt.. lucky your here to bring up the average canadian IQ otherwise it wouldnt look good for you folks…. get your seed out there !! Cranky but smart much better than cranky and not so smart mixed in with nice but dim we got going on elsewhere.
Yeller, you got me laffing bad with that there stuff :):):):)
you made my day bud! thank you 🙂
Walter….
1.25″ OD gives a nice flush appearance with the OD of the frame, but 1″ OD generally easier to make because you can just slide it in the frame.

The ID of the frame is 1.005″. A piece of 1″OD tubing (usually 0.997″-ish) is loose inside the frame. You will need to get a better fit to be concentric enough for an extender…or make bigger holes, which lessens the efficiency.
Neither the ID nor the OD are round. The extrusion is close, but they vary quite a bit….0.012 on one I measured. The mean OD is 1.256″ on this one.
Guess they didn’t want to make it easy on us by using standard dims. :rolleyes
Hope that helps,
Jim
Yes, My damn hair is not for pubic discussion!!!!!!!!!!!
😆 😆 😆
My hair thickness is none of your goddamn business.
Fear?….LOL Here?….lol
We have an entire forum dedicated to shrouds and moderators.
The O.D. of the tubing is a hair less then I.D. of your frame.
The wall thickness varies depending on what you prefer.
