Yes check out Tower Hobbies for the clevis. They have 3 or 4 brands, Sullivan is the best imo. They come with a little clip that goes on the pin to lock it on. Its what I always used when I used to fly giant scale R/C airplanes ( 81″+ wing spans with chain saw motors ) and helis. They come in 2-56 and 4-40 thread sizes. Depending on your application you may want to put a nut on the rod before the clevis to use as a jam nut. DuBro is another good brand. They come in the same sizes and have ones that are solder on and others that are made of nylon, but I would stay away from the nylon ones.

As far as the bolt? I wouldn’t call it a bolt but not sure what I would call it. What size is the thread? Perhaps something like this will work for you.

It’s called a “banjo” type fitting; I saw some while I was searching the ‘net. You may have problems finding some small enough.
