donny , I’m glad to hear that you got your problem solved .

Ok I’ll admit it was user error
Here is what happened, I am using a deadshot tripod to shoot. The barrel is free floating so any pressure to the shroud will change the POI. I had the gun rested by the shroud on the pod. When I changed mags, I would remove the gun then put it back on. So that explains the POI and then the perfect grouping after zero. Now that I rest on the bottle, back to hole in one.
Glad that’s all figured out, you live and you learn they say lol… Now that I look back, what a noobie mistake.
I am having accuracy issues with mine. No air leaks and regulator is awesome but I cannot consistently get this gun to zero at 25 yds. Well let me put it this way, after 5 shots I can normally get it to all shoot in one hole. However after a mag change, the zero is way off either to left, top, bottom you name it by almost an inch. So second mag after 5 shots, I zero again and it shoots fine until the next mag change. Really frustrating because my .22 mutant impact is hole in one all day long. No matter how long it sits I can always take it out and it is still grouping fine. Called Penchetta and they said they’re going to talk to AOA about it. Returns are only accepted within 7 days and today is the last day so had to make the call to see if they can fix it or not.
Like I said more or less when its hot its hot when its not its not. lol
FX and their Distributors should stand behind these rifles and if a rail is off like mine or a gun has missed aligned taps for screws then they should 100% replace those rifles. We are not talking $60-100 BB guns but $2000 PCP. If there is QC issue FX and Dealers need to stand by the product and apparently one dealer in the UK is refusing to sell any more impacts as headline states because of this issue.
Hi ronin
Remove your rail and check all the screws under your rail for tightness first ,then retighten the top rail..a little tip..there is enough adjustment with the top rail screws slightly slackened of to optically align your scope then retighten, also check you have orings inplace that supports the barrel, and you could also check that barrel to the brass breech is still thread locked tight, other than that you may have a clipping issue and with smooth twist a GOOD GOODclean really helps for the first lets say 1500 pellets, hope this helps

The the front of the Picatinny rail itself is moving. There are two (2) small in the back on one (1) larger up front. AOA replaced the rail themselves and placed the screws back in very tight and locked in. In the end Im not sure why FX would us a one large screw up front and not 2…
I have realigned the rail and its pretty close to being straight with the barrel but clearly there is an issue. I have to check it every time I put it into a travel case.
Hi rhonin
Maybe the screws are a few though to long put a full length say half mill or 1 mill shim.and tighten down and see if that holds zero…just a thought…they really are superb shooting guns, it would be a shame if people are put off by a few minor things..im.lucky i can work on pcp,s a lot of people are afraid to try and fix them
I hope you can sort yours out

I would agree… When they shoot they shoot well when they are off they are off. My last call to AOA about an issue with the rail that does not stay lined up with the barrel well never got a call back.
They are importing the Priest instead
FX seem to have adopted daystates mantra with the wildcat and impact hopefully its a blip in their selling model :ugeekn:
