Valve Stem Needed

I managed to SCREW up my valve stem and I need a new Talon valve stem and spring. I am open to getting a modified one or stock….. So, my question is, what would you recommend. Do you think a modified one is a viable option or is the stock one the best option?

EDIT: I think I have an “old” valve or something, because a condor valve stem (That AKULA was awesome enough to express ship to me :8) does not fit and my valve does NOT have an O-Ring in the brass insert ❓
