Valve swap questions

I’m ready to ship a Condor to Tony for some work and conversion to .25 from .22. I picked up a couple high flow tanks awhile back which are also slated for some work. I keep hearing the standard flow tanks work better. Anyone know if this is true in .25?

Is it possible/practical to convert high flow to standard? If so, are there other components (hammer, etc.) that need changing? (The existing hammer is getting changed anyway.)
