All set with the 18″ bbl and a new valve! But I dont want to get screwed and break everything, any ideas on the best approach for doing the swap?

Finally! I’ve been looking every where for one of these!

Thanks! Mike 😀

I removed my original valve by inserting a 3/8 bolt in that open hole. That gave something for my channel-lock plyers to push against. My plyers are smooth-jawed, so they won’t mar the finish, but at the same time, they have very little grip, so the 3/8 bolt in that hole served as a spanner pin. Works like a charm.

thanks alot bikin, looks like it will work perfectly!
Hows the lathe? What brand did you go with?

yeah I wish,LOL my only source of Internet is my iPhone. I used my laptop money to buy my TSS!! Go figure, but when tax time comes its on. I could email you pics? All I really want to know is removal of the valve so it doesn’t get scarred like the damaged one on Tonys site. Should I just wrap it in a towel and use channys on it?

Post picts of what you have. And we can go from there.
