I didn’t do any tinkering, just changed to an 18″ barrel, Top Hat is factory. I have quarter size groups at 100′, I’ll try 2000 PSI

Top hat is factory. Which to me means anywhere from .080 to .099. Measure the gap and post your results here.

I start off with a 3000psi Tank on PW 10/11, Shooting Kodiaks 21.10gr through the Chrony, I average 960 FPS for about 10 Shots, At 2500 PSI Velocity rises to 1020FPS…………….??????????????????????????????

Depending on what you want, try filling to 2K and see what you get. Most say anything above 950 and you start to give away accuracy. How much tinkering have you done to it? What is your top hat set to?

You just found the sweet spot for fill pressure.

Believe the pressure is too high at first to get full power, after shootin some tank pressure drops and the valve works more effectively 😀 😀
I overfilled my talon one time, thought it was broken.
Either lower the fill pressure or crank the PW all the way up.
Ya gotta find the sweet spot
