I have read about this two pins on Russian forum they are pressed to the gauge and is very difficult to remove them.
This what happen, when the cocking lever is partially open—not lock forward, if the hook of the cocking plate gets in the way when the hammer speeding to open the firing valve. its harden steel so its Liable to break or shatter easily. I bet you have to break the forward press roll pin to get that plate out—now the action is useless. Good luck in getting a replacement part, we at WWAG waited for months in getting replacement breech and cocking plate, but I think they are coming in this week. out of Hundreds of crickets sold at WWAG only two Cocking plate needed replacement— broken by user/operator. :confusedn:
