Q:

Vortex Viper PST PST 4-16X50 EBR-1 MRAD

Anybody have any experience with one of these?
The reticle looks great for long range. Combined with a zero stop, lots of adjustment, and mil adjustments I think it sounds like just what the doctor ordered for a longish range on a air rifle.
The AO marks start at 50 yards but a review I have read states it adjusts quite a bit shorter of that.

Rings came but they are the wrong size. Mediums when they should be extra highs.
Back to the drawing board Monday.

Yeah, they should be in today’s mail.

Have you ordered the rings as of yet?

It is a 30mm. I was pleasantly surprised that it was as compact as it is.

That looks like a good scope match as far as size. Is it 1 inch or 30 MM?

Waiting for some rings before I can really air this thing out.
Have a hard time looking through it as low as it is.
The turret adjustments make my Hawkes feel like chit.
The AO adjusts about down to 40 yards though you can see clear much closer.
Likely not a air gun scope for most but my shooting starts st 60 yards.
Just throwing this out there as this place is pretty slow.

Guess I’ll find out as I tripped the trigger for one to put on my soon to be here .25 Matador.
Considered SWFA SS as well but they are out of stock on most models with mil rad aim points.
I also find an illuminated reticle handy at times with these fine aim points.
