Outstanding Mike! You are absolutely correct about the celebrity worshiping crowd. Trump drew thousands of supporters to his rallys. hillary on the other hand had to enlist jayz and others and still couldn’t draw the crowd Trump did. They are just actors and musicians. Their opinions aren’t any more valuable than yours, or mine. Are these people America’s modern day mentors? Eww!
I listened to the mainstream media tout their polls, but hillary’s crowds just didn’t match up. I know from watching the clinton’s for the the last thirty years that they are dirty. We heard biden say, “I know you don’t like hillary, but vote for her anyway”. :rofl: Gotta love it! When have you ever heard that before? I started looking for other news outlets and discovered Alex Jones of the InfoWars fame. Also The Next News Network, and others on YouTube. Their poll numbers better matched what I saw at the Trump rallys. They also presented the dark side of the clintons. The broke the Project Veritas story. The DNC simply ran the wrong candidate. They also promoted Trump as a candidate that they believed hillary could defeat easily. She is just so evil and corrupt. “Pay to play”, really? She sold the office of the Secretary of State of the United States of America like a cheap hooker? In doing so she compromised national security…and obummer knew it all along? Thank God for Wikileaks.

Your right Steveinla I just remember seeing 279 last time I looked. It was 290 I was wrong there. But as stated it wasn’t we the people election. And I don’t agree with all the rioting going on. But a month before the vote ole chicken hawk trump was screaming the election was rigged and civilian milita was screaming rioting in the streets if Hillary won.
Since this stupid social media facebook and new technologies have become popular, America has come from a humble proud super power to a bunch of big mouth ungrateful celebrity worshiping trolls.

Well, Mike makes an interesting point. We haven’t seen landslide elections recently. We as a nation are, and have been, deeply divided. Sometimes it looks like it is almost 50/50. I remember a history professor claiming that the nation was similarly divided in the years leading up to the American Civil War. He said that people had stopped talking to each other about the issues and that there was nothing left to do but fight it out. That’s a scary thought.
Another perspective is that the democrats were caught planning voter fraud in this election. You know, bus loads of people paid to go to polling place after polling place; voting multiple times. They admitted that they have been stuffing the ballot box for the last fifty years. President obummer himself encouraged illegal aliens to go vote promising them that “nobody would arrest them”. Soros’ electronic voting machines automatically switching votes from Trump to clinton. …and of course, the usual dead people voting democrat. With those fradulent ballots removed, it may look like more of a mandate.
As it stands, Trump seems to have carried the day. I as a gun owner can’t overstate the importance of Trump selecting a justice to replace Scalia who is conservative and who stands by the constitution.

I only received one notification of responses to this thread. I thought it was just ignored. Hmm.
You can say what you want about Trump, but his message is what is important here; it’s his message that got him elected. Education, backing our military, police, and veterans, securing our borders, preventing as many islamic terrorists from entering the country, reviving the economy and rebuilding our infrastructure. This is what has energized the American public. People from all walks of life are in support of these things and have been asking our elected leaders to do these things for years. Our pleas, requests, or even demands have been ignored to the compromise of America. We the people have had it! That’s why Trump has been elected.
I watch these protesters and so called social justice warriors and I know the American people have chosen the right candidate. These protesters were the children who lost their soccer game, but were given a trophy anyway. I watch women behaving like anything but ladies. I watch black people pull white people out of their cars and beat them and I know concealed carry is a necessity. Our mainstream media is fanning the flames of violence and race war; charlie manson must be grinning ear to ear. These people are an embarrassment. The rest of the civilized, educated world is laughing at us.
Remember, if Trump doesn’t deliver, he’ll be easy to replace in four years.

Clearly the liberal, progressive, compassionate protesters haven’t been taught this.

I have a very close friend who grew up in Slovenia in the late 70’s early 80’s.
NOTHING upsets him more than Socialism, nothing.
And that’s from someone who has ACTUALLY lived it.
Current trend in college “educated” kids thinking (supposedly the “intelligent” bunch who voted for HRC) is they like free markets and socialism. How anyone can produce such a “thought” is beyond comprehension as those ideas are mutually exclusive (this tells you all you need to know about HRC supporters, they believe anything they are told). The conservatives are having their “Obama moment” and will be just as upset when they realize theyr were had.
I can’t imagine what kind of clusterfuck would ensue with our current corporate run government turning socialist (a la Bernie Sanders). Bread vouchers at WalMart anyone? as small businesses would cease to exist above board (a underground food supply would likely become a thing). I’ve seen eastern block people in line, they are vicious, and it’s understandable, competing against four hundred people for the same slice of bread will fuck you up.

I didn’t know that Stein was going to be in Galveston Sunday. And Cricket got nothing for ya on the stupidity of American voters. Hell I belong to the largest minority group in America and we have no representation at all.

I have a question, if so many Americans agree that Hillary and Trump are both Cancer. How come those are the top runners? How could you go from someone like Obama to these two? Doesn’t make sense to Me.
