What do they range down to?

Hey Knife,

At .2 yard steps it will range to 100 yrds.
At 1 yrd. steps it’ll range to 550 (so Nikon claims).

I’ve range at .2 yrd. increments accurately past 135 yards.

It’s basically the Archer’s Choice that will lase way over 100yrds.

Brad

The catalog says 550 yards for both as the name reads.

For air gunning I would best use it up to max 100 yards…then the credit goes to your air rifle.

Mine is on its way so practical tests our former members who hold it can speak.

But from reviews I’ve read 10-150 yards guaranteed…..

For range till 550 yards or more the Leica’s are the best…..from what I’ve known…
But then you need to shell in the extra bucks πŸ™„

What do they range down to?

Thanks a ton for your valuable response !!!
And cheers for uploading the pic too….

I own the Riflehunter and love it (no I’m not going to marry it; grow up). It was a Christmas gift to me from me. The incline works great, and for roughly $60 more why not.
I can range the top of a pine or my neighbor’s high second story roof top (hee, hee).
ID mode = 7.5″ accuracy
Standard = 1.5′ accuracy

Thanks for the tips might give them a shot for the next poll !!!

Well the Riflehunter 550 comes with I/D Technology – compensates for incline and decline shots.

ProStaff doesn’t have that.

So I wanted to make the right choice….Besides…wanted to know how much would I/D Technology matter for hunting within 100 yards….

Hey Pram, I think you have a fielders choice there. (Not sure what the cricket
equivalent is for that – should you not be a baseball fan…) πŸ™„

Basically, given the options, there’s insufficient *significant* differences to
warrant a great deal of thought, imho. Similar price poionts and they are both
Nikon. I carry a Nikon and absolutely love it. Either should do quite nicely.

Happy Hunting!

Another thought… This would have been a good poll question. You may wanna
give that a go next time. You’ll net many more respondents – but fewer written
explanations. Just a thought. πŸ˜‰
