Q:

Vulcan .25 latest model

Being caught once before with a poor gun, I now ask dealers prior to purchase to produce a shot string.
I received this today and wonder what people think?

Shot string

1. 885

3. 893
4. 892
5. 896
6. 896
7. 896
8. 898
9. 896
10. 892

Any opinions most welcome

Thanks all. Gun with dealer still , short holiday and will be delivered in about two weeks. Will run full string after a clean and a few fills.

Shoot safely

13 fps deviation max is wonderful out of the box, given that it can take up to a thousands shots to get a reg and valve properly settled in and consistent. You must consider that it will get better over time, and a few tins of pellets. Looks like a winner to me!

I wonder what max FPE the Vulcan .25 can obtain? 25 gr pellets at 925 is right at 48 fpe, which is what is advertised.

Hoot:

My string has settled down to 925 with kings. Tony provided a string around 938 average. I didn’t run a long string just 4 shots. I usually start looking at string when accuracy is sub par. Otherwise got a new reg it’s very good.

Looks great. How about a complete string from Max fill to end

Looks right on to me……Give a few hundred rounds to settle in then check it out.
