Vulcan additional shroud

I took my Donnyfl LDC off my .25 Cricket and put it on my .25 Vulcan. It works like a champ… You can get the threaded front shroud cover from Tony here with the 1/2″-20 threaded male… Hard to beat.

I would love to read a blinded comparison of the AT, Talon Tunes, and DonnyFL LDC’s. It would take at least two Vulcans tuned to matching FPS and swapping of the LDC’s from one gun to another at random. I’m suggesting two guns so the loudness comparison can be done with little delay between specimens. Swapping the units from gun to gun would remove difference between guns. Randomizing the swaps and firing order so a blinded observer cannot know which LDC’s is which would also be important. Ideally, the shooter would also be blinded but that would require three people to do the comparison.

Objective measurement with an SPL meter apparently isn’t very accurate unless you have specialist meter $$$.
