vulcan and the iPhone
i’ll try this again my first iPhone video with the .25 vulcan getting the focus right isn’t that hard but keeping it is LOL i made a mount from pvc pipe and made my own kraylex ? holder for the iPhone works real good.i’v got the scope circle right now and the cross hairs right now it took time i’ll show them in the next videos.
lets see if this works .i need to set up some kind of extension off the stock so as i can shoulder the rifle when the iPhone is on ….its hard to keep it steady and when your old like me the eye site sucks so i have to have my glasses on to see the iPhone” in focus” but not when i just use the scope … this iPhone has great res. in slow motion but i do want a go pro and eagle eye or a sony rx100 iv for slow motion

Great setup…smartly done! I like it because it’s compact and not as bulky as most commercially available mounts. And it saves $50!
The iPhone 5S can record in slow-motion (120 FPS). You have to swipe to “slo-mo” on the camera app.

I’m sure iMovie could do something but the iPhone 6s has slow mo built in no iMovie needed in “airgun nation forum ” under “cameras and video” read that and u will learn lots … or just look up youtube camera scopes ….
Nice set up… Can my brand new IPhone 5s do the slow motion recording or do I need like IMovie or something aside from the phone?

its a iPhone 6s and its just a pvc pipe with plastic screws to hold it on with a pipe that slides in and out for focus with a end cap with a hole drilled in it with a kraylex phone case i molded to hold the phone in the right place ….. i’ll send a pic…

it make shooting harder because u can’t shoulder the rifle right so i might make a bracket to come off the stock ” just something quick that clamps on and off’ just to stable the gun better but when shooting from the bench its ok . I LIKE HOLDING THE RIFLE AND SHOOTING THERW THE SCOPE BETTER .
