Vulcan Bull-pup or Tactic
My use will basically be hunting birds up to 120 yards and rarely target shooting. I will be walking in the field with the gun. Considering one in .25 cal but have read that bull pup is a bit hard to shoot accurately. So what do you guys suggest, shall I go with the Bull-pup or the Tactic. Also Tactic seems to have a longer shroud so is it quieter as compared to bull-pup?

.22, ~30 yards (25m) indoor range. Shots taken during a tuning process, I think those were jsb heavies flying then at around 780-790fps (~240m/s).
Vulcan tactic is half a kg heavier than the bullpup so i assume it will be more accurate.
That is impressive shooting. What was the distance? Is yours a 25 cal? What fps is it shooting at?
Vulcan rifle is simply a bullpup with some adjustements. This is not entirely new design. Vulcan is a bullpup. A rifle is a rifle.
Below are 5 groups of 5 shots each. 6-7from FT position (sitting), 8 – typical benchrest (gun rested and barely being touched), 9-10 – gun rested but held and shouldered to help mitigate the recoil. Draw your conlusions.
The thing that concerns me about vulcan bp is the capability to shoot it accurately due to its less weight and small size.
It just needs to be held and handled a bit differently. Once you find the way, you gonna love it and will be rewarded with brute and pin-point accurate force. In general, it doesn’t like to be shot off hard surfaces and even a bipod. Mine preffers medium to strong hold and likes to feel its Master’s flesh under its stock.

I see a hint in this, that the Vulcan BP is designed to be shot like a bullpup, held close to the body, cradled like a handy and compact that it is. It is not a bench rifle.
So a .25 cal bp shooting at around 915fps will jump a lot, right?
To be more precise. Vulcan itself is not able to handle that 30 ftlb recoil without a consiquences, as it is a short, compact and comparatively light gun. You need to help him with that. In a proper way. On the other hand, there is no other gun (to my humble knowledge) that is so short, light and compact and on the same power level. It’s a game of trade offs.

Airguns were never not allowed here it was just that people didn’t know about it.

if you need compact, that would be the Vulcan Bullpup.

Did some target shooting out back today, breaking out all my guns, all targets have 5 shots each.

Tactic is zeroed at 19 and 50 yards, Cricket at 25 and 38 yards, and s510 is shooting 12 FE 15.89 grain JSB’s and its not zeroed at that setting the closed it will do is 1.2 hold over at 16 thru 20 yards, shooting at 26 FPE it is zeroed at 21 yards (Strange thing).
