VULCAN Bullpup Fill system question
Can anyone please show me a photo how the fill system that comes with a Vulcan Bullpup is connected to a scuba tank and/or handpump?
I have searched all over but I could not find any illustration that shows how it is done. I understand how the probe is inserted into the push-out dust cover. It is the source connection that is not clear. Is there a special yoke or clamping system to it?

that is a DIN valve so should be fine, it is blocked by this

you just need to use an allen key on the cylinders insert to remove it. hopefully your cylinder is DIN 300bar, even 220bar is fine just less shots, I have got
1x 15L, 1x 12L scuba cylinders and a 3L(I used to dive). only the smallest is 300bar. the pain with scuba cylinders is they need retest often. if you have a surface valve in it that helps.

Unless you have a DIN 300 tank valve, I would just put that DIN 300 whip away. Get a male Foster quick disconnect for the Vulcan fill probe. Tony at Talon Tunes can set you up with the right connector. Makes things easier if all your guns can use a common Foster QD.

I think you are talking about the short, DIN 300 fill whip that comes with the Vulcan. It is more commonly used in Europe. The fill probe would go on the little end. The large thread would screw into a DIN 300 tank valve. Valve on the whip is just for bleeding. The tank’s valve would be used to turn air on/off.

Good eye, Kris. That is a DIN valve with a removable SCUBA conversion insert. I didn’t see the hex in the image.
Kris is right, if the actual valve on the tank matches the picture grabbed from the net. You’d unscrew the insert and be left with a DIN 300.
However, since that isn’t a picture of actual valve on your tank, Steeldreams007, we can’t tell if your tank is regular SCUBA or a DIN300 with a SCUBA insert. They will look a lot alike on quick glance – naturally since both are to fit a SCUBA yoke. Here is a SCUBA valve. Looks the similar to the pict you displayed except the center portion doesn’t come out. It is permanently a SCUBA valve.
Is your actual valve a similar looking SCUBA valve without the insert or one with an insert like the picture?
