Vulcan reg. adjusted while AT charged?

Just curious if you can adjust the Vulcans reg while the AT’s charged..(ala Colibri)..

Nope. Unless you want to have air tank shrapnel all over you! Don’t even dare to attempt doing so. Do it the smart way; bleed all the air from the airtube then adjust the regulator. The high-pressure air in the airtube even at 100 PSI is very dangerous!

no you cannot. Must de-gas it first
