I find the Ataman Rifle is more aesthetically pleasing than the Vulcan Tactic. It may be just me.

I hardly ever shoot airguns these days. PB’s take the lions share of my shooting. That said : I’m pretty sure i’ll have one of these buggers , just the sake of it. Looks much better than any KG or ED carbines/rifles and since i’m very satisfied with my Vulcan BP – why not have one of these too …
Yeah, i’m thinking about getting one in .25 if it shoots just as well as the vulcan short and is quite. Can only assume its regulated.

I think I might just get one. Basically fixes everything that I don’t care for with the bullpup. Looks pretty cool too.

I read somewhere that that is what they are working on as we type here. I really wish and hope it happens in my lifetime though.
Vulcan, shorty, semi-auto, new sound suppression design…. wow, that would be a perfect Go-To bullpup….
And a long rifle for that extra long reach should complete an ultimate collection of even just two.
For me as much as I love the Vulcan , the Vulcan Tactic is too long for what I want in an air rifle . What would really send me over the edge

I got the same pic from Evgeny a couple of days ago. I like the Carbine/Tactic and may just buy one in .25.
It somehow looks sturdy/fat/heavy but although its Beluga esque appearance i like it. Mount a semi-long , good scope on that one and it maybe la very good rig for 100m shooting in .25 cal.

yuck… that rifle stock does not cut it.
Top Gun Airguns lists it at 33.46 inches and 7.5 pounds. That’s less than the bobcat and the .25 wildcat. Most full sized rifles are between 40 and 44 inches, so this is still plenty short in my opinion.
Exchanging 6.75 inches of additional length for an adjustable buttpad and an adjustable cheek piece is trade I’d definitely be tempted to make. The only thing I dislike about the Vulcan bullpup is the small, flat, fixed buttpad. Also I imagine that having the balance point a bit further forward would likely make it somewhat less prone to jump around during the shot.
Also, the shroud appears to have a higher volume which should reduce the noise quite a bit.
I’m not saying I’m going to buy one. Just that if I hadn’t already bought the bullpup and I had to choose between the two I might opt for the semipup now that it’s out. That said, the bullpup wins by a mile in the looks department.
I wonder how much longer it is? I really like the shortness of the Vulcan.
