Wave Washer
Does the Wave Washer (which holds the baffles in place on the Condor SS) have a particular orientation?
Thanks,

If your baffles were rattling it is possible your baffle assembly was not put together properly. it is very important if you remove the barrel or anything similar that you put the baffle stop screw in before you insert any of the baffles. I made that mistake the first time I switched barrels on my condor SS. The screw that is not a grub screw but instead is a flat head screw is the baffle stop screw. If you do not put this screw in first, then the baffles will go in and sit on top of the barrel end. That will leave a gap that will allow the baffles and that washer to rattle around. I learned the hard way that it also may cause severe clipping! 🙁
I took mine apart again and put that screw in first, then reassembled it with the orientation like the sticky thread in this forum shows and have not had any further rattling or clipping. :8:
I forgot the baffle stop first time too but even after taking thebaffles out and re-installing correctly i still heard a faint rattle so i fit an oring and forgot about the clip.
