Well got my new mount and moved my bipod under the gun again
Well ordered one of these knockoffs from EBay and I really like the more rigid feeling over the VersaPod design I had.
Also ordered 6.00 mini tri-ail 20mm mount and drilled and tapped to a 11mm to 20mm rail adapter all in all very rigid.
The bipod folds up tight to my forearm folds up forward or rearward and is removed easily with a twist of a screw and is VERY light.
