congrats friend 🙂

i wonder why dont they bring 177 shorties? would take one

The problem with the .177 is the shotcount.

If you tune to low power/speed then no problem but if you think to go to high power/speed then the higher you go in .177 cal the lower will be the shotcount because of air consumption and the shotcount decreases dramatically (compared to a .22 for example).

This is probably the reason why….

Kool Wall …..
that would be great if u could see if they fit thx. :biggrinn:

I have in the past with 22. predator pellets. I just use them for close in pesting.
By keeping my shots, 50-60 yards in, they work good on crows with center mass shots.

It will fold up a crow, like a bad poker hand.

I do have some .25 polymags. I will see tonight if the fit the mag. Have you had good results with the polymags? I have never gotten them to group worth a darn.

Yea bird…..
it took a while to bring the 25. shorty to the market place.
But it’s better not to rush a new gun.

I’m with you on a quiet .22 semi-auto short PCP gun. Oh I want one bad…real bad. :biggrinn:

SPROCKET …. I’m not sure at this point my 22 shorty shot so good out of the box.
That to this day, I’ve never touched any thing on it. I’ll just see what she gives.

I’m hoping that the mag will work with predator pellets, if it does not. Then I’ll just sand down the red tip, & make it fit.

Congrat, what speed are you planning on tuning it to ?

fox , sounds great , I hope it will be the best or one of the best PCP guns in your collection . As for me as bad as
I wanted a .25 shorty they took too long bringing it to the market and it made me to look deep into what I really
wanted and I realized that for myself I really only want and need 2 PCPs’ . One a quiet .22 semi-auto short PCP gun
24″ to 26″ that would be effective out to 150 yds. Secondly a custom .30 caliber short PCP gun also 24″ to 26″ and be
effective out to 100 yds. and be as quiet as possible for that caliber . Maybe neither gun will ever be made in my life
time , but , I will keep and be happy shooting my .25 Vulcan and my .25 Talon SS until one or both of what I really
want comes onto the market . :8: :8: :8:

Thx guys….. :biggrinn:

I’ll do some tests, & post my finding on the new 25. shorty.
I’m with you guys on this. I’m not too sure why no 177. shorty.

You would think that being 177. is more popular & they would make one to sell.
But who knows. :angrymob:

Has anyone here with a 25. Taipan, tried the Predator pellet?
Will they work in the mag? 🙄

Thx.

Do tell when you get it, especially its performance!

I am quite content with my .22 Shorty. A .177 Shorty may tempt me, but at this point I don’t need anything bigger than a .22.
