Q:

What happened to TED ?

The kid used to be pretty involved and active on the various forums,
I haven’t seen anything from him in quite sometimes.

Nuttin much except that 21/41 entries used FX guns – mainly the FX Boss 30.

Birdman- Why are you looking to ask Ed about Kalibrguns plans? Maybe I missed something?
Anyway, I’m really curious now with all this FX conspiracy talk. I wasn’t really concerned with it, but now it sounds juicy and I want to know!! What happened at the EBR and what do u mean FX had the game rigged??? That sounds too good to ignore..

I like the answer out on the Yellow. :biggrinn:

“I think he’s busy fixing his bobcat…tee hee…”

Once you capitalize on a specific brand its tough to recover and be considered fair. Add to that a failed massive attempt by FX at this years Extreme Benchrest event and it may be a good time to hide out for awhile. FX owned nearly the entire field in numbers and still handily got their butt kicked. When the game is rigged and you still lose it’s over for a while. Ted got sidetracked but is still a nice guy. He probably sold a lot of Bobcats for FX. It’s like a politician that stays in office too long. You guys need a new airgun hero. :1: I like reading Jim Chapman.

I like Ted’s videos and follow them and its because of him I got into PCPs. while he has been slowing down on videos which I am sure takes tons of his time, there has been a huge drop in his video activities since he promised that mega BullPup review. Something tells me he got stock somewhere on that due to politics and external influences. Given his popularity and the rising popularity and competition on bullpups, there is tons of money to be spent and influenced based on that review. Writing an honest credible review for that will certainly upset friends and sponsors.

I certainly wish he gets back to producing his good ol videos and drop these politically charged reviews. At the same time these videos take lots of time and effort from the guy and that probably cant be sustained without sponsors. So there you go!

Ted Ed – whatever it takes. He probably got burned out and got another hobby. :fishinghole:

I , also have’nt seen anything new posted by Ed on Ed’s Holderover . I tried to contact him via the internet , but could’nt find him or make a connection
in any way . I really like the new Kalibr Colibri Semi-Auto Bullpup that he was looking at the 2014 AIR Gun Show . I wanted to ask him if they really in-
tend to produce this Bullpup in a .25 caliber , which is the only caliber that I’m willing to purchase this gun in . Also , I wanted to know if this gun is
best used up to 100 yds. or better in the .25 caliber , being 100 yds. only would be great for me , because when I take my boat out and go fishing in
the California Delta , I bring my Talon SS with me and all my shooting due to width of the canals that I fish in are no wider then 40 yds. so all of the
critters that come my way are short distance prime targets that have become over populated due to the fact that they have no to very little predators
except for me and my brother . Also , I wanted to ask him what he thought maybe would be the best scope to put on it for 100 yds. that would’nt be
over $ 200.00 . Well , I certainly have said alot . If anyone who reads this post and would like to give their thoughts are welcome to do so .

THANKS , FROM: THE BIRDMAN

Yes, I was thinking of the same thing.

Maybe busy with his family life. 😉
