What holds a shroud on a Condor ?
Whether it is the TT shroud or R&L or FrameExtender, what holds the shroud in place against the force of air it is capturing ?

A simple grub screw holds the AF shrouds onto the frame, as well as most after market shrouds/moderators.
R & L is different, screws on, and is made of steel. Strong, but but heavier than the aluminum counterparts.
Depends on your preference as to which one you use. Both get the job done.

The R&L shroud is held by a proprietary front bushing that replaces the standard bushing. The shroud screws onto the bushing and along with a fitted muzzle cap, the shroud is kept in near-perfect alignment. There are pics elsewhere on this subject.

Thanks. I have a Frame Extender as my first try at shrouding and wanted to be sure it was being built relative to other retaining methods on the 25 calibers, which it uses the front grub screw.
