my .22 12″ is 12.22 mm OD hope this helps

Best I remember, my .20 x 12″ is 12mm. But I would have to unack it to be sure.

18 and 24″ .22 and .177 barrels are 16mm outside diameter, 12″ barrel are smaller, but I don’t remember what.
