What is the max power which to be squeezed out a .223 airgun
Hi, I just wondered if anyone does know what the maximum power you can get out of a .223 airgun. Just curious…. maybe I’ll have to find out myself 😆 I think about 180 Fpe might be the maximum?

In reality, nobody has a .223 airgun that performs well. You cannot use PB bullets with air very well.
180 fpe may be possible with helium and the right handpoured bullet, but doubtful.
OK, would you believe me if I say I can shoot a 5 shot 0,5 inch group at 110 yards. I think that’s pretty nice. You can get in impression here:
We were shooting with two different .223 airguns in windy conditions.
About the max power question
to be honest … I think I can achieve the 180 fpe with normal air. Before the last powertune I could get 64 grain solids flying away with almost the speed of sound (329 m/s). Just air …. So I think I will just find out for myself 😡
