well….
if u want a bullpup conversion it would be a p-rod the shortest u can get is 18 inches.
but i found that it feels better too shoot at around 20-22 inches long as a bullpup.
other wise u are cranking your neck too shoot it.

now if u want a gun offered as a bullpup i would say the Lelya is the smallest, but not sure how long it really is.
then the baby mutant bullpup, it is 22 in. long & regged.

My Viking is 49cm. I could shorten it to 45 cm while still keeping it backyard friendly. Those Spanish p-rod pups are 48 cm I believe.

oooh rkr send it over I have been coveting that little Dandy for years now.

It’s seeing too much action now as my go to gun 😆 But seriously, if we consider things, a 40cm or so is the shortest practical bullpup. At that length the trigger will be right at the front and the airtube gets short as does the barrel if we want it quiet. This means that the power and shotcount will be rather limited. As a matter of fact I’m nowadays using slightly longer shroud which makes the gun 55cm long, with shorter version I had problems figuring out if there were any obstacles in front of the barrel as the scope is rather high above the barrel line. Having a 40-45cm long bullpup also makes scope choices rather limited.
